MIV Insulating Systems S.r.l. uses tools based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) solely to support the creation and revision of the content of this website, with the aim of improving the quality and clarity of the information we offer.

Artificial Intelligence is an assistance tool and in no way replaces human control, evaluation or decision-making.

How we use AI

AI tools may be used to:

  • draft and revise texts for the blog and the website;
  • review and correct editorial content;
  • generate images in support of published content.

AI is not used for staff recruitment, customer scoring, automated decisions or production processes.

Human oversight

All content generated or modified with the aid of AI is reviewed by authorised staff before publication, who check its accuracy, appropriateness and the absence of discriminatory elements. Responsibility for the final content always remains human.

Transparency

In line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), content and images generated or significantly modified by AI and made available to the public are accompanied, where relevant, by a notice of their nature.

Automated decisions

The AI systems used by MIV Insulating Systems S.r.l. do not take automated decisions producing legal effects or similarly significant effects on users, within the meaning of Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Personal data protection

MIV does not enter personal data into AI tools. Any personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable data protection legislation, while the use of AI follows the principles of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
