Sliding doors for small and medium-sized industrial cold rooms

For certain types of doors that have a great deal of movement, such as in cells that are used for storing fruit and vegetables, meat in slaughterhouses, storage warehouses and supermarkets, the sliding door model 900P is ideal due to its characteristics.

In fact, it has EPDM gasket that allows perimeter and bottom sealing, but most importantly, its leaf is supported by steel brackets and technopolymer pulley holders and slides on anodized aluminum track with corresponding track cover, and the bottom rail is made of anodized aluminum and is applied directly on panel; therefore, this sliding system is suitable for small and medium-sized entry lights that have a maximum size of 220 cm width and 330 cm height.

The same sliding door, with a 90 mm thick hinged edge, model 900M only differs in the maximum net width, which is 250 cm x 340 cm in height.

The industrial model 800MI is equipped with a lower leaf guide and floor register made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the heavy-duty sliding system is particularly suitable for large leaf sizes and use in difficult conditions. The stainless steel lever opening handle inside on the sash and outside on the aluminum edge is complete with heavy-duty covers and reinforcements.

The 140 x 45 mm front-fixed aluminum flat frame is the thermal break profile that best provides structural strength and thermal resistance characteristics by obviating the thermal bridge and transmittance between the outside and inside cell.

Both the 900M and 800MI can be equipped with accessories such as a safety lock or motorisation of the automation system.

For large compartments, in the area of sliding doors for positive-temperature cold rooms, the 890M model, which can be applied to either panel or masonry, has a leaf with a 90-mm edge, supported by brackets and pulleys of an increased size, Ø mm 92, made of technopolymer.

As with the industrial model, the “Heavy duty “sliding system is suitable for large sashes.

The pattern of the 890M is also taken up by the latest two models 979M and the 900P, both exclusively for indoor use.

PVC ‘L’ frame for sliding door

The characteristic feature of these two models is the 140 x 45 mm PVC “L” type hugging frame, with the possibility of integrating additional modules to compensate and embrace the thickness of the panel or masonry, up to close with the standard PVC or on request aluminum counter door.

Opening is enabled by the levers, which vary in length depending on the size of the leaf, made of aluminum or, upon request, stainless steel.
